Characteristics of severe disease in GL-ILD: a retrospective cohort study
<title>Extract</title> Common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) is an immunodeficiency disorder characterized by reduced immunoglobulin levels, attenuated antibody responses, and infections. [1–3] CVID patients are also at risk for granulomatous lymphocytic interstitial lung disease (GL-ILD), an interstitial lung disease with lymphocytic infiltrate and/or granulomatous inflammation where other causes have been excluded. [4] Risk factors for severe GL-ILD remain poorly understood, limited by its heterogeneity and rarity. [5] We performed a single-center retrospective cohort study to identify severe disease characteristics.
