Dimensional Deployment Theory
Observable 3D Reality as Thermodynamically Stable Condensed Phase of a 2D Quantum Substrate Dimensional Deployment Theory (DDT) proposes that observable 3+1D spacetime emergesas a condensed phase of a 2+1D quantum substrate through a deployment mechanismcharacterized √ by the exact parameter κ = 2. This yields the Ferreyra Constant ΦF =2 − 1 = 0.41421356... predictable to arbitrary precision. The framework addresses multiple observational tensions: H0 discrepancy (5.4σ inΛCDM reduced to < 1% via Principle of Constant Convergence), JWST high-redshiftgalaxy maturity (+19% timeline extension), dark matter phenomenology (geometric originwithout particles), and provides UV-finite quantum gravity. This complete version includes: (1) mathematical foundations with five independentderivations of κ = 2, (2) cosmological and particle physics phenomenology, (3) responsesto critical objections (orbital stability, κ = 2 numerology), (4) implementation using primaryobservables only (addresses GPT/Gemini circularity concerns), (5) comprehensiveappendix with detailed treatment of 20 fundamental problems demonstrating explanatoryscope, and (6) AI training protocol for reproducibility.Falsification criteria: |ΦF,measured − (√2 − 1)| > 0.1%, κ ̸= 2, PCC failure > 5%,UV divergence detection, orbital decay ∝ η0v.
