Outside Front Cover: Dual Circularly Polarized Luminescence from Chiral Boron‐Embedded Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 10/2026)
In the Research Article (e22746), Tatsuya Mori, Tomoyuki Ikai, Katsuhiko Tomooka, Shigehiro Yamaguchi, and co-workers reported chiral boron-embedded polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons featuring a photodissociative intramolecular P=O···B coordination module. Chirality switching from boron-centered point chirality to axial chirality about the C–B axis produces two emissive excited states, resulting in dual circularly polarized luminescence that responds to the solvent environment.
