MPHD Research Program: A Meta-Framework for Symbolic Governance, Decision Coherence, and AI Safety
The MPHD (Propedeutic-Hermeneutic Method of Displacement) is a research program dedicated to the structural analysis of symbolic disorganization, decisional drift, and governance collapse in human and artificial systems. The program introduces a meta-framework for symbolic governance and ontological alignment, integrating philosophy, phenomenology, and formal architecture to supervise coherence in complex decision environments. Organized into modular components (MPHD-0 to MPHD-IV), the program maps the progression from foundational symbolic theory to applied governance architecture for AI Safety and institutional decision systems. Its most advanced layer, MPHD-IV, establishes a formal architecture for Symbolic Meta-Audit, providing the basis for the Meta-Audit System (M.A.S.). The MPHD Research Program offers a unified framework for researchers, AI Safety practitioners, and governance architects seeking scalable approaches to decision coherence, ontological alignment, and long-term system stability.
