USP Field Theory — Solar Resonance Maturity and Pluto's Capture (msf:45686) With Figure 1: Solar Resonance Flattening and Trajectory
This note formalizes “resonance maturity” within USP Field Theory as the long-timescale relaxation of orbital-plane mismatch toward a dominant solar corridor. Near-planarity of the major planets is interpreted as Δf-relaxation toward spin–tension coherence with the Sun, while Pluto’s 3:2 resonance with Neptune and its ∼17° inclination are treated as a stable “resonance fossil.” The document introduces an operational proxy for Δf_orbit, provides a worked numerical Pluto example, and defines a maturity law τ_maturity = k / Δf_res as a model-dependent dynamical chronometer. Explicit dissipation guardrails are included to prevent frictionless capture interpretations. Recent “inside-out” exoplanet systems (e.g., LHS 1903) are discussed as architectural motivation for sequential formation and late-stage locking scenarios, consistent with the resonance-maturity framework. This work serves as a bridge between USP elasticity/acceleration formulations (msf:45723) and cosmological Δf decay models, providing testable pathways using Solar System catalogs and exoplanet archives.
