Managing Integrity and Public Trust in Times of Global Economic Uncertainty: The Role of Justice Institutions
The article analyzes how justice institutions manage integrity and public trust in the context of a global economy marked by uncertainty. Successive economic crises, such as the post-pandemic one or the geopolitical effects generated by regional conflicts, have amplified the pressure on public institutions and ethical standards in the judicial system. The main purpose of the research is a comparative analysis between Romania and other European states, highlighting the role of ethical leadership, institutional transparency and organizational culture in strengthening public trust. Judicial institutions must develop internal ethical control mechanisms, continuous training programs and partnerships with civil society to increase transparency and public trust. Only through proactive ethical management can genuine institutional resilience be achieved, capable of withstanding the pressures generated by global economic uncertainty.
