An atypical metastatic pattern of papillary thyroid carcinoma presenting with concurrent neck skin and lung involvement in the absence of cervical lymph node spread, a rare case report and literature review
This study supports the theory that PTC may metastasize via alternative routes rather than the classic lymphatic way.
