Appeal to the People of Ukraine

This document is an original political-philosophical manifesto and an address to society, devoted to the analysis of the socio-political, economic, and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine during a prolonged war. The text provides a critical reflection on contemporary practices of state governance, issues of democratic legitimacy, political responsibility, and social justice. Special attention is given to the ethical, ontological, and civilizational dimensions of war, the crisis of trust in political institutions, and the need to rethink models of political leadership. The work proposes conceptual principles of political accountability, democratic participation, and the search for pathways to peace without the loss of statehood, sovereignty, and cultural identity. This document represents an independent socio-philosophical inquiry and civic manifesto aimed at a profound understanding of the current condition of Ukrainian society and possible scenarios for its political, civilizational, and cultural development.
