MATHEMATICAL AND COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSES OF ROTAVIRUS EPIDEMICS MODEL UNDER CONFORMABLE FRACTIONAL DERIVATIVE
In this paper, a mathematical model for the transmission of rotavirus infectious disease is considered. Since fractional derivatives have been used in the literature very openly to study different Biological models, therefore, we are motivated by the global and stable behaviors of fractional operators to investigate the proposed model. There are various definitions of fractional derivative, however, we utilized the conformable operator from fractional differential calculus. The mentioned derivative is the simplest and possesses some important properties, which does not hold for other traditional fractional operators. The model is mainly investigated for the existence of its solution, stability in the Ulam–Hayer’s sense, and also formulated algorithm for the numerical solution. The qualitative aspects are studied using fixed point theorems and tools of nonlinear functional analysis. Second, the computational analysis is carried out by using Euler’s and Taylor’s series methods. Further, by using computer software, the solution of the model is also illustrated at the end.
