Recurrent petechiae with systemic symptoms

A 40-year-old woman presented for a chronic, episodic eruption characterized by urticarial to petechial lesions and systemic symptoms. Triggers included antibiotics, vaccination, infection, food allergens, and parturition. Clinicopathologic correlation of both typical and unique features established the diagnosis. As such, this case broadens our understanding of this condition.
