ϕ-fixed point results using admissibility in b-metric spaces with wt-distance and application to integral equation
In this paper, we combine several directions of fixed point theory to formulate and solve a new problem involving [Formula: see text]-admissibility and generalized [Formula: see text]-distance. It is worked out in the context of [Formula: see text]-metric spaces where the metric triangular inequality is relaxed. Further, the theorems are of the category of [Formula: see text]-fixed point in which the fixed point coincides with the zero of a given function. We have made an application of our main theorem to a problem of integral equations.
