LPS‐Binding Hydrogel for TLR4‐Mediated Microbiota‐Immune Modulation (Adv. Mater. 9/2026)
Microbiota-Immune Modulation Inspired by Nüwa “mending the sky,” this cover depicts an LPS-binding hydrogel repairing an oronasal-perforating wound, where the palate is “heaven.” Mountains evoke teeth; the sky's opening signifies a palatal fistula. Cloud-like rugae trace hard-palate anatomy, while bubbles and stars represent bacteria and inflammatory cues. By sequestering LPS, the hydrogel modulates TLR4-linked microbiota–immune signaling to promote regenerative healing.
