Summary Compared to placebo, Dupilumab and Stapokibart (CM310) demonstrate the most significant therapeutic efficacy in treating CRSwNP. All biologics demonstrated favourable safety profiles, with Dupilumab exhibiting the lowest risk of adverse events.
