DEVELOPMENT AND FORMATION OF LAND LEGISLATION REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

This scientific article examines the legal regulation of the purchase and sale of stateowned land in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the context of rapid changes in the economy and society of Kazakhstan, including intensive economic growth, the investment climate and changes in the legal system, special attention is paid to legislation regulating the processes of land purchase and sale. The article analyzes the main laws and regulations defining procedures, requirements and restrictions in relation to such transactions. In addition, the key aspects of the rights and obligations of the parties, legal guarantees and mechanisms for protecting the interests of participants in land purchase and sale transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered.
