Optimization method of power information communication transmission network construction based on OTN and SDH heterogeneous networking technology

With the rapid development of the power grid business, the requirements for communication transmission networks have become increasingly demanding. Traditional Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) networks exhibit limitations in terms of scalability and efficiency. Therefore, this study investigates the construction of a power information and communication transmission network based on heterogeneous networking technology integrating Optical Transport Network (OTN) and SDH. Based on the dynamic system principle of information and communication transmission performance, transmission field strength parameters are calculated. A modulation function is established using the maximum kurtosis value of the transmission signal and the signal sequence of the observation model. Furthermore, the load balancing problem is transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem to construct an optimal link weight scheme. By applying OTN technology, the transmission distance is improved. The SDH optical transmission network adopts a ring topology and is divided into core, convergence, and access layers to achieve unified planning. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves a transmission rate higher than 90%, maintains the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) between 27.25 and 27.69, and consistently ensures a successful information reception rate above 0.8.
