Soil bacterial community profiling of seed potato plantation sites in Taiwan
Potato (<i>Solanum tuberosum</i> L.) is one of the major food sources globally. This study collected soil samples from multiple seed potato cultivation sites in Taiwan and employed amplicon sequencing to analyze microbial community composition. A total of 6,597 amplicon sequence variants of bacteria were identified and belonged to 75 classes.
