ON THE CRIMINAL NATURE OF THE “LITTLE OCTOBER” POLICY OF THE COMMUNIST REGIME IN KAZAKHSTAN
The political campaign for the forcible settlement of the Kazakh population and the collectivization of peasant farms in the Kazakh ASSR, which caused numerous victims, had no legislative basis, being, in fact, a criminal action of the «Little October» of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), committed against the Kazakh people. In fact, the policy of forced settlement of the Kazakh population and collectivization was designed to change the social nature of the Kazakh people in a short time, to turn it into a silent estate, whose life and work would be subject to direct regulation by the totalitarian party regime. All normative legal acts adopted by the state and party decision-making bodies of the Kazakh ASSR, and which became the basis for mass political repressions, are characterized by a total denial of the right, the individual and his freedoms, rights and legitimate interests, and property. The common essence of the legislative and other acts of the Party-Soviet regime is their total and systematic violation of natural, inalienable, innate human rights: the right to life and personal freedom, the right to free movement, the right to private property, etc.
