Paederus dermatitis or blister-beetle dermatitis can rarely present in a zosteriform presentation with characteristic linear vesiculopapular lesions. We report a 2-year-old boy with zosteriform lesions on the left arm and back, successfully treated with hydrocortisone cream. This case highlights the importance of recognizing atypical patterns of paedrus dermatitis for prompt diagnosis and management.
