Development of a Liquefied Petroleum Gas Evaporator with Minimal Material Consumption and Determination of its Use Zone, Taking into Account the Uncertainty of Price Factors

Statement of the problem. The main trend in recent years in the energy supply of consumers located far from centralized gas supply systems is the widespread use of decentralized systems using propane-butane mixtures of liquefied petroleum gas for the needs of the main or backup gas supply. Autonomous power supply system’s consume liquefied petroleum gas, with its forced transfer from a liquid state to a gaseous state, using specialized electric evaporators characterized by significant material consumption. In this regard, an urgent task is to develop a new design of electric evaporators with minimal material consumption and determine the zone of their use, taking into account the uncertainty of price factors. Results. A model has been created on the basis of which the design of an electric evaporator of liquefied petroleum gases has been developed, characterized by minimal material consumption and high heat transfer efficiency. Based on the principles of system analysis of thermal power equipment, an algorithm has been developed for determining the areas of use of competing modifications of liquefied petroleum gas evaporation plants, taking into account the uncertainty of price factors, which allows taking into account many factors affecting the efficiency of evaporators and making the model more adaptive to changes in the market. Conclusions.Based on a systematic approach, the design of an induction evaporator of liquefied petroleum gases is justified, characterized by minimal material consumption and high heat transfer efficiency, and the zones of use of an induction evaporator of liquefied petroleum gases are determined, taking into account the uncertainty of price factors.
