Erratum: Single-cell immune profiling of mouse liver aging reveals Cxcl2+ macrophages recruit neutrophils to aggravate liver injury

In the article by Liu et al,1 an error was inadvertently introduced into Supplemental Figure 13A during manuscript preparation. Specifically, the representative image for the “+Young Mac” group in HIRI-treated mice was inadvertently selected from an adjacent treatment subfolder and actually corresponds to the PBS (vehicle) group, which likewise belongs to the HIRI cohort. Because both groups underwent HIRI and differed only in the administered reagent (+Young Mac vs. PBS), the source files were stored in neighboring treatment-specific folders, which contributed to this selection error. This mix-up occurred during figure assembly and is confined to the displayed representative panel. Importantly, all quantitative analyses and statistics remain correct: all underlying datasets, counts, and summary statistics were generated from the correct group images. This error does not affect any numerical values, p-values, or the conclusions of the study. The corrected figure can be seen here and in the updated Supplementary Material available at https://links.lww.com/HEP/H971.
