Ecologically Oriented Comprehensive Development Based on the Urban Planning Mechanism of Rehabilitation of Depressive Areas

Statement of the problem. It is important to consider the urban planning solution to the problem of rehabilitation of depressed areas through increasing the sustainability of territorial development. This actualizes the modeling of specialized urban planning mechanisms taking into account the organizational, economic, environmental and architectural aspects of the problem of rehabilitation of depressed areas based on housing construction projects. Results. The urban planning features of the formation of integrated housing development projects for the territory are defined, the features of the implementation of environmentally friendly construction projects are revealed, an urban planning mechanism for the sustainable development of depressed areas is proposed. The scientific and practical results of the research are tested. Conclusions. The relevance of the studied problem of urban planning rehabilitation of depressed areas through the implementation of integrated housing development projects is confirmed. The urban planning theoretical and practical features of environmentally friendly integrated housing development of depressed areas are modeled, a high priority is set for the application of green building principles and integrated landscaping in planning and architectural solutions.
