Myocardial Ischemia in Young Women With Familial Hypercholesterolemia
Incorporating cascade genetic screening with lipid profiling and multimodal imaging may enable the early identification of subclinical atherosclerosis in young women with familial hypercholesterolemia, thereby supporting the initiation of more intensive therapy before ischemia develops.
