Isolated Occipital Lobe Hypometabolism on [ <sup>18</sup> F]FDG PET
A 69-y-old man presented with confusion and disorientation, hypernatremia, acute kidney injury, and metabolic acidosis. His medical history included end-stage primary closed-angle glaucoma with optic nerve neuropathy and atrophy. With appropriate supportive care, his metabolic status improved;
