Early diagnosis of acute experimental autoimmune myocarditis in mice with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction: a feasibility study based on 9.4 T magnetic resonance
The feasibility of LV strain parameters combined with CMR conventional sequences in identifying EAM in mice at 9.4 T CMR has good reproducibility. For mice with preserved LV ejection fraction, the combination of T2 and GRS can significantly increase the ability to predict EAM within 7 days and provides incremental value as compared to conventional CMR parameters.
