The research is based on a descriptive design using primary data collected from 120 respondents in Coimbatore City through a structured questionnaire, along with secondary sources such as journals and reports. Data were analysed using SPSS with tools like percentage analysis, Chi-square test, ANOVA, and correlation. The findings show that although employees understand the importance of AI skills, many lack proper training and support. The study highlights the need for continuous and employee-focused upskilling initiatives to ensure successful AI adoption.
