Improving HER2 Diagnostics with Digital Real‐Time PCR for Ultrafast, Precise Prediction of Anti‐HER2 Therapy Response in Patients with Breast Cancer (Small Methods 3/2026)
Back Cover In article number 2500599, D. Y. Lee, Ryu, Jang, J.-Y. Lee, and co-workers present a novel digital real-time PCR-based HER2 diagnostic method for improved clinical decision-making in patients with breast cancer. The fully automated lab-on-an-array digital PCR platform, which enables real-time absolute quantification across 20,000 partitions, allows faster, simpler, and more accurate determination of HER2 status, significantly enhancing prediction of response to anti-HER2 therapy compared with conventional testing methods.
