Experimental p38 MAPK inhibitors for the treatment of urological cancers: observations from early clinical trials
Molecular knowledge exists about inhibition of p38 pathway in the treatment of urologic malignancies. However, literature is lacking regarding effectiveness and safety profile of specific compounds. As a result, more trials are mandatory to reach a safe conclusion.
