Analytical Approaches for a Rapid Prediction of the Gravitational Waveforms from Relativistic Binary Systems

A fast method of obtaining fully analytical approximations for the gravitational waveforms from the merger of neutron stars and black holes is proposed. The approximation formula obtained is compared with numerical calculations; its accuracy and limits of applicability have been revealed.
