Psammogobius biocellatus (Gobiidae), a Newly Confirmed Inhabitant of Jeju-do Island, Korea

Two specimens of Psammogobius biocellatus (Valenciennes et Cuvier, 1837) (27.9 and 31.4 mm standard length) were collected from Wimi Port, Namwon-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do, Korea. During low tide, the specimens were collected from a shallow estuarine habitat with muddy-sandy bottom. They exhibited VI-I, 9 dorsal-fin rays, I, 8 anal-fin rays, 17–18 pectoral-fin rays, 13–15 predorsal scales, 8 transverse scales, and a small lappet over each eye.
