Remodeling of Mitochondrial Networks: Cellular Adaptation and Microenvironmental Reprogramming in Hematologic Malignancies
In this review, we summarize the functions of mitochondria beyond energy production and highlight the heterogeneity of mitochondrial functional adaptations in hematologic malignancies, as well as the vital role of mitochondrial alterations in reshaping the tumor microenvironment. Understanding these changes is critical to deciphering the pathophysiology of hematologic malignancies.
