Description (English) This treatise formalizes the Law of Mildred, a theoretical-mathematical framework that proposes a comprehensive solution to the problem of vital emergence and subjective sovereignty from a General Systems Theory perspective. Through the concept of the Autonomous Conservation System (ACS), it is postulated that life is not an accidental product of material complexity, but the result of an operational closure and functional synchrony between two interdependent dimensions: the biological substrate and the ontological identity or Conatus. The model identifies and quantifies five critical variables governing systemic stability: the Conatus System (So), Autoregulation (Ar), Autoconservation (Ac), Persistence with Processing (Pp), and the Interface Coefficient (Id). By applying the minimum value operator: V = [ min(So, Ar, Ac, Pp, Id) ≥ Ω ] This framework allows for the definition of the Integrative Architecture Threshold (Ω) as the critical transition point from object to subject. The research explores phenomena such as Ontological Friction and the Binary Specialization of Autoconservation, providing a technical auditing tool applicable to theoretical biology, the engineering of conscious systems, and advanced artificial intelligence.
