THE HABRYKA HYDROGEN-SHEPHERD (HSP)
Current orbital debris mitigation strategies rely on high-energy kinetic "Capture" (Nets/Lasers), which increases "Grind" and risk. The HSP utilizes the Universal Relaxation Theory (URT) to modulate the Mechanical Resistance of the orbital shell. By introducing a localized "Fog" of Pure Hydrogen, we create a Laminar Friction zone. This forces active satellites ("Money-Makers") to expend fuel to migrate to higher, clearer orbits, while inert "Crumbs" (Debris) lose momentum and naturally de-orbit into the atmosphere.
