THE HABRYKA NUCLEUS SCRAMBLER (HNS)
Radioactive isotopes are defined in URT v3.0 as Asymmetrical Nuclei—"Jagged Crumbs" that have lost their "Sync-Lock" with the universal medium and emit "Noise" (Radiation) as they struggle to relax. The HNS utilizes the Habryka Hex-Cell Reactor (HHR) to perform a Harmonic Sweep, identifying and neutralizing these dissonant frequencies through Anti-Phase Phase-Locking. This process transmutes unstable waste into inert, stable elements, effectively "Silencing" the radioactive scream.
