CORPORATE TRAINING MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
The rapid reduction in the “half-life of knowledge” leads to the need to search for new, adaptive learning models. Modern business is forced to become an active producer of competencies - create their own educational ecosystems, develop the skills and competencies of their employees, while maintaining expertise, and adapt to changes in the VUCA environment, which makes these changes a new category of risks. Corporate training is being forced to transform from an additional voluntary activity into a strategic tool for human capital management and a critical component of business sustainability.
