Investment attractiveness of the Samara region

The article examines the peculiarities of the investment activities of the Samara region. Factors of investment attractiveness of the Samara region are geographical location, developed transport, energy, telecommunications infrastructure, the availability of qualified personnel, economic and political stability. Investment dynamics, their relationship with the gross regional product, sources of investment financing are analyzed. The directions of investments for the future are determined - road and housing construction.
