A STUDY ON ADOPTION OF FINTECH PLATFORM IN BUSINESS TRANSACTION

Fintech is very important in today's digital world. It changes how businesses handle money and transactions. This makes them less dependent on traditional banks. Small and medium-sized businesses benefit from this highly, as they get low-cost, easy-to-use financial offerings that meet their requirements. This study aims to explore adoption of fintech platform in business transaction in Coimbatore city. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the study examines how business people adopt fintech platform and their awareness, usage pattern, future adoption and challenges faced. The findings from this study identify the gaps in awareness and usage and provide insights for fintech users on how to enhance business efficiency, customer trust, and security measures to promote adoption of fintech in business transaction.
