TÓM TẮT Mục tiêu: Mô tả sự thay đổi về kiến thức và thực hành về 5S của nhân viên y tế tại Bệnh viện Châm cứu Trung ương năm 2024. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 115 nhân viên y tế tại 09 khoa phòng ở Bệnh viện Châm cứu Trung ương. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ nhân viên Y tế (NVYT) có kiến thức tốt về 5S ở 5 lĩnh vực đều gia tăng so với khảo sát ban đầu. Trong đó, nghiên cứu tìm thấy sự thay đổi có ý nghĩa thống kê ở lĩnh vực “Sàng lọc”, tăng từ 49,57% lên 55,65%; lĩnh vực “Săn sóc” tăng từ 64,35% lên 67,83%; và lĩnh vực “Sẵn sàng” tăng từ 66,09% lên 69,57%. Kết luận: Sau can thiệp, tỷ lệ nhân viên Y tế (NVYT) có thực hành tốt về 5S ở tất cả lĩnh vực đều gia tăng so với khảo sát ban đầu. Từ khóa: 5S, Bệnh viện Châm cứu Trung ương. SUMMARY Objective: To describe the changes in knowledge and practice of 5S of medical staff at the Natinal Acupuncture Hospital in 2024. Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study on 115 medical staff in 09 departments at the Central Acupuncture Hospital. Results: The proportion of medical staff with good knowledge of 5S in 5 areas increased compared to the initial survey. In particular, the study found a statistically significant change in the field of "Screening", increasing from 49.57% to 55.65%; The “Care” field increased from 64.35% to 67.83%; and the “Readiness” field increased from 66.09% to 69.57%.
