Wearable Hollow‐Groove Microneedle Array for Wirelessly Controlled, on‐Demand Tunable Transdermal Drug Delivery (Adv. Mater. Technol. 3/2026)
Tunable Transdermal Drug Delivery This cover illustrates a wearable hollow-groove microneedle patch integrated with a refillable spiral reservoir for wirelessly programmable, on-demand drug delivery. Smartphone-controlled pumping drives liquid formulations through microneedles directly into the dermis, enabling precise bolus, pulsatile, or sustained dosing. The system offers a compact, patient-friendly platform for tunable transdermal delivery of therapeutics such as ketamine.
