Refined risk stratification in residual triple-negative breast cancer after neoadjuvant therapy using residual cancer burden class and lymphovascular invasion
Patients with residual TNBC can be stratified into risk groups based on LVI and RCB class. The effect of adjuvant treatment varied across these groups. This model may support more tailored adjuvant treatment decisions after NST.
