The instrument was validated by a Measurement and Evaluation expert in the Department of Measurement and Evaluation, Niger Delta University, Bayelsa State. Mean and Standard Deviation was used to answer the research questions at the mean benchmark of 2.5, while Pearson Product Correlation Coefficient was used to test the null hypotheses at the .05 significant level. The findings of the study showed there is significant relationship between information management strategies and service delivery in the Nigerian Correction Service, Rivers State Command.
