Fc-mediated immune effector functions elicited by recombinant and live-attenuated herpes zoster vaccines
RZV induced superior Fc effector functions of VZV-gE antibodies compared to ZVL did. Older adults exhibited weaker Fc-mediated responses compared to younger adults following vaccination.
