AI-Driven Learning Transformation: Insights from IT, Agriculture, Education, and Healthcare

ABSTRACT : In today’s global and fast developing world where knowledge becomes outdated within months, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as platform for reshaping how people learn, adapt, and grow. Learners no longer have a learning platform with a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, they get information and direction based on their roles, skills, and performance. Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing Learning and Development as it enhances the learning process; it has become more practical, personalized, and accessible. It will help an organization transition from learning as an activity that focuses on mere training sessions towards imbibing learning as a culture within the organization, enabling employees to learn and develop a bit every day. The learning is no longer confined to strategic training modules or generic learning paths, modern Learning and Development is being reimagined through intelligent and data-driven approach which helps to understand learners as uniquely and quickly as humans do. Across various industries, AI is transforming learning from a periodic activity to a dynamic and continuous experience embedded in daily work. The information technology sector uses AI platforms that assist professionals in staying updated on ever-developing technologies. Agriculture uses AI tools which assist farmers and agriculture field employees in understanding better about modern farming technologies and make decisions based on crop and soil status. The adaptive learning system and AI virtual tutoring assist the learner in understanding classes and immediate responses as the classes are adjusted according to the learning rate of the learners. Healthcare sector use AI technologies that improve medical learning with simulations, predictive tools, and robotic assistance, thus making medical practitioners confident about treating patients. Within these various fields, AI acts more as a catalyst and less as a tool for making learning more relevant, timely, and impactful.
