Effect of Doppler-guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation Technique and Mucopexy on Posttreatment Symptoms in Hemorrhoidal Disease
DG-HAL with or without mucopexy is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgical option for grade II and III hemorrhoidal disease, with high patient satisfaction, low complication rates, and excellent symptom resolution. However, in patients with grade IV disease, the technique's higher recurrence rate necessitates careful patient selection and individualized surgical planning.
