Depletion of Sorcs3 Activates Totipotency in Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells by Modulating Key Signaling Pathways (Adv. Sci. 7/2026)
Shuai, and colleagues report that knocking out sorcs3 or inhibiting three key pathways can efficiently activate the totipotency of stem cells. The hall of totipotency is a lofty and desirable goal, and the path to it is fraught with challenges. The findings of this study are like a shortcut to aid the climb toward totipotency.
