Cost-effectiveness of a single dose of the adjuvanted RSVPreF3 vaccine for the prevention of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Italy
These results indicated that a single dose of adjuvanted RSVPreF3 vaccine in patients with COPD aged 60-74 years in Italy is a cost-effective preventive option that could potentially reduce RSV-related disease burden and costs over five years.
