Epidemiology of pancreatic cancer in patients with diabetes mellitus
Patients with DM and pancreatic cancer had poorer DM control, lower body mass index, a lower prevalence of hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and micro- and macrovascular complications, and higher insulin use compared with matched controls.
