Frontal Polymerization‐Enabled 3D Printing of Recyclable High‐Performance Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (Adv. Mater. 7/2026)
Frontal Polymerization-Enabled 3D Printing This work integrates frontal polymerization with 3D printing to overcome the industry bottlenecks of support-free printing and rapid curing for carbon fiber thermosets. Simultaneously, to address the key trade-off between high performance and recyclability, a closed-loop recycling system is established, offering a sustainable and efficient manufacturing solution for demanding sectors such as aerospace and automotive.
