Altitude simulation test cell flight environment simulation via noise suppression based active disturbance rejection control

Sensor signals in the altitude simulation test cell flight environment simulation system are inevitably affected by strong random noise, which significantly impacts the quality of environmental parameter transient state simulation. Classical tracking differentiator (TD) algorithms struggle to effectively balance filtering performance and phase quality. Based on a second-order discrete integral cascade system, a new TD algorithm was proposed by introducing a state transition time criterion to construct a discrete-time optimal control function, along with a phase advance method to process the system pressure feedback signals in real time. To address the strong internal and external total disturbances presented in transitional tests, an active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) scheme and strategy via the proposed TD were further designed. Numerical simulation results show that the proposed TD can reduce signal tracking error and differentiation extraction error by 63.15% and 63.94%, respectively, compared to that of classical algorithms. Compared to the existing ADRC methods, the proposed method reduces the deviation between the actual controlled pressure and the setpoint by 21.88% and decreases valve oscillation by 69.7%. Under conditions of strong measurement noise, the method efficiently estimates total system disturbances and achieves precise pressure tracking control, demonstrating strong engineering application value and providing robust support for the successful execution of aero-engine transitional tests.
