Формування оптимальних варіантів процесу проєктування інтерактивних електронних видань для медичної галузі та порівняльне оцінювання їх достовірності

The article is devoted to the development and substantiation of a methodology for forming optimal variants of the design process for interactive electronic publications oriented toward the medical industry. The evolutionary path of scientific publishing to modern multimedia interactive platforms is analysed, and the specifics and critical requirements for information resources in the healthcare sector are systematized. The design stages are covered in detail with a particular focus on enhancing data reliability and validity, which is critically important for medical applications. The scientific and methodological foundations for implementing innovative technologies are examined, including elements of artificial intelligence, semantic technologies, and blockchain, to improve the efficiency of communication and assimilation of complex medical knowledge. A system of criteria for comparative evaluation of different design approaches is presented, allowing for the identification of the most effective solutions that contribute to improving the quality and accuracy of electronic medical publications. The research results form a conceptual foundation for the further development of adaptive interactive resources oriented toward the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
