LÍVIA: The Post-Adaptive Criterion and the Admissibility Boundary of Artificial Intelligence in Critical Systems

This work formalizes a post-adaptive admissibility criterion for artificial intelligence architectures deployed in critical systems. It establishes a strict epistemic–deontic boundary, defining conditions under which AI systems can be admitted as governable components with explicit identity stability, traceability, and human-authorized action.

Abstract

This work formalizes a post-adaptive admissibility criterion for artificial intelligence architectures deployed in critical systems. It establishes a strict epistemic–deontic boundary, defining conditions under which AI systems can be admitted as governable components with explicit identity stability, traceability, and human-authorized action.
